By enrolling in the SoCal String Academy Summer Institute, you grant permission for your child to be photographed and/or recorded during camp activities, classes, and performances.

These photos and videos may be used by SoCal String Academy for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Website content

• Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters)

• Studio displays and presentations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All images and recordings are the property of SoCal String Academy

• These materials may be used without additional notice or compensation

• You waive the right to inspect or approve the final media products

SoCal String Academy will use all media respectfully and appropriately.
